Who will process your personal data?
Your personal data will be processed by SpotBook, with its registered office located at Calle der Rector Ubach 25 1-1, 08021, Spain. SpotBook acts as the "Data Controller." You can contact the Data Controller at the following email address: hi@spotbook.app.
Personal data may also be processed on behalf of SpotBook by designated "Data Processors," which may include hosting providers, software providers, and other service providers. A list of Data Processors is available upon request.
SpotBook has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who can be contacted at dk@spotbook.app.
How and why we will process your personal data?

1. Sales Purposes
  • Purpose: Research of new clients, drafting contracts, and responding to inquiries.

  • Lawfulness: Execution of a contract.
  • Storage Period: 10 years from the date of contact.
2. Marketing Purposes / Customer Experience
  • Purpose: Marketing communications and customer feedback.
  • Data: Name, email, phone number.
  • Lawfulness: Consent.
  • Storage Period: Until consent is withdrawn.
3. Administration
  • Purpose: Recruiting candidates and managing customer relationships.
  • Data: Name, surname, contact information.
  • Lawfulness: Execution of a contract.
  • Storage Period: 1 year for recruitment data; 10 years for customer management.
4. Other Processing Activities
  • Purpose: Maintenance and security of IT services, and business data management.
  • Data: All personal data.
  • Lawfulness: Legitimate interest and legal obligation.
  • Storage Period: Until the end of the intervention.
Data Provision
  • Providing your personal data is optional when consent is requested. Failure to provide data will only affect the ability to process data for specific purposes.
  • In cases where consent is not required, providing data is mandatory to comply with legal or contractual obligations.
Categories of Recipients
